How our colors relate to other systems

Our eight colors are an original model. They are not the same as True Colors' Gold, Blue, Green and Orange, the Color Code's Red, Blue, White and Yellow, or the colors used in DISC trainings, even where names overlap. Try the framework translator or read the theory page.

Which color is best?

None. Each color has strengths that a family, team or friendship needs, and blind spots that another color covers.

Personality colors are a popular framework for self-reflection and conversation, not a clinical or scientific diagnosis. Disclaimer · How the quiz works
