The personality color quiz
18 questions. For each one, choose the option closest to how you usually are, not how you think you should be. There are no right answers.
What this quiz measures
The quiz places you on three axes that show up, in different words, across most color-personality systems:
- Pace: Fast (decide and adjust) or Steady (reflect, then commit)
- Focus: People (relationships first) or Task (ideas and results first)
- Approach: Structure (plans and order) or Explore (possibilities and improvising)
Three axes with two poles each make eight colors: Crimson, Cobalt, Amber, Coral, Emerald, Violet, Gold, Sage. Your result shows where you fell on each axis, so close calls are visible.
Frequently asked questions
How is my color calculated?
Each of the 18 answers adds or subtracts points on one of three axes. The side of each axis you land on gives your color, and the axis closest to the middle gives your secondary color. Full details are in How the quiz works.
Can my color change?
Yes. Your answers depend on mood, context and life stage. If you are near the middle on an axis, small changes can flip your color.
Is my data stored?
Your answers are scored in your browser and not sent to us. Your latest result can be saved in your own browser so you can find it again.
What if I relate to more than one color?
That is normal. Everyone uses every style sometimes. Your result shows where you landed on each axis, your secondary color and your named shade.
