Why a timed version?
When we answer slowly, we sometimes answer as the person we want to be. A short timer nudges you toward your first instinct. It's a fun experiment, not a better measure: a gut answer isn't more "true" than a considered one, and time pressure adds noise. If your gut color differs from your full result, look at which axis flipped. That's usually the axis where you sit near the middle, or where you've built a skill that isn't your default.
