Signal Flare is Crimson with a Cobalt accent. You launch quickly but keep a checklist in your back pocket. Improvisation is your default, and a plan is your safety net.
You came out Fast, Task, Explore, and your closest call was Approach: you lean Explore (possibilities, improvising and variety), but you sit near the middle, so the Structure style (plans, order and follow-through) comes easily too.
In practice that means the Crimson core (starts things others only talk about) with a Cobalt edge (turns vague goals into concrete plans). Watch for: can move on before others have bought in. Your Cobalt side can help here (makes decisions and owns them).
Try this: finish one project before starting the next.
