Willow Light is Sage with a Amber accent. A calm listener with a playful spark. You are gentle company who can also make a room laugh.
You came out Steady, People, Explore, and your closest call was Pace: you lean Steady (reflect first, then commit), but you sit near the middle, so the Fast style (decide and adjust as you go) comes easily too.
In practice that means the Sage core (deep empathy and listening) with a Amber edge (builds rapport quickly). Watch for: may avoid necessary conflict. Your Amber side can help here (generates ideas and enthusiasm).
Try this: set a time limit on deciding.
