Myers-Briggs (MBTI) → personality colors
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator sorts preferences on four dichotomies (E/I, S/N, T/F, J/P) into 16 four-letter types. Our translation uses three letters loosely: E/I for pace, F/T for focus and J/P for approach.

How we built this table
For each Myers-Briggs (MBTI) type we noted only what its public descriptions clearly say about decision pace, people versus task focus, and structure versus exploration. "Either" means the type doesn't clearly lean one way. Overlap in color names is coincidence: our Gold, for example, is not True Colors' Gold.
